I need a rest and a lie in but Ivor won't let up so I was out there again nice and early for a quick hour on the water before anyone else was out of bed.

A bit colder out there this morning but there was still a nice 25-30 knot wind so I had a nice play in the estuary. Felt a little tired and have various aches and pains so didn't really go for much, just blasting back and forth.
